1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • West Malaysia Standard Shipping (Within Malaysia)
    • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days
    • Rate: RM 8.00 for order value below RM 99.00 / free shipping for order above RM 99.00.
  • East Malaysia Shipping (Within Malaysia)
    • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days
    • Rate: RM 25.00 for order value below RM 139.00 / free shipping for order above RM 139.00.
  • Singapore (International Shipping)
    • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days
    • Rate : 10.00 SGD for order value below 99.00 SGD / free shipping for order above 99.00 SGD.

4. Delivery Policy
